The commissioner agrees to credit me as the original artist of the commissioned artwork. (@pxkibu on every social media).

The client agrees that the commission is for personal use only. Commercial is prohibited unless stated beforehand and agreed by both of the people involved. This includes paying for a licence.

However, ONLY Live2D works come with a Commercial Use Licence in their listed prices.

Clients are not allowed to redistribute their commissioned artworks (i.e. promoting any for-profit works; promoting a Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or Gofundme; merchandise, stickers, posters, etc).

Clients are not permitted, under any circumstances, to use any part of their commissioned artwork in any past, present or future AI technology nor blockchain-associated technology, including non fungible tokens (NFTs), cryptocurrency, NFT marketplaces or future inventions in the space. Any use of the artwork for any adverising or profits associated with AI technology, non fungible tokens or cryptocurrency is strictly prohibited.

The client does not have the right to remove, edit, or otherwise alter my watermark nor any other piece of the artwork (this incluides repainting, making bases, etc). Any editing outside of cropping for icons, banners and close-ups to your commission is prohibited.

Saving slots for a waiting list is currently available. If the client is in the waiting list and doesn't reply within the first week after I contact them asking for their references and payment, I'll remove them from their saved slot.

As the artist, I retain the copyright of the commissioned artwork.

As the artist, I reserve the right to decline the commission request for any reason I see fit.

I have the right to cancel the commission at any time if the client is excessively or continuously rude, demanding, childish, or inappropriate. The client will not be refunded and will be blacklisted.

I reserve the right to use, publish, livestream and record the commissioned artwork and its process.

Commissions are not first come first serve. I'll work on the batch in the order I see fit.

As the artist, I reserve the right to work on personal projects in-between commissions batches.

For Standard and NSFW commissions, all payments must be full and upfront, through Wise or Paypal invoices and in EUR.

For Live2D commissions, payments will be split in two (this may change in the future). One part is paid before the sketch, and the other before coloring. Payment will be made through Wise or Paypal invoices and in EUR.

The buyer pays the service charge (since it’s an international payment it is calculated by certain %, meaning the charge can go up to €5~10 and sometimes more).

Refunds are not available unless something happens on my part.

The artwork, unless specified otherwise, will be digital good and will not be physically sent to the client.

If the commission has to be done for a certain day, please do tell me with time and we will discuss it, an extra fee will be charged for queue priority and rushed artworks.

Please provide as many visual references as possible, the more the references, the better the result. If there’s anything specific you want to see in the picture, add that too.

If no visual references are provided, I will charge extra for your piece as it will count as a design commission.

Turnaround time for Standard and NSFW commissions is from a week to a month after delivering the sketch and it depends on the complexity of the piece.

Turnaround time for Live2D works is from three weeks to three months after delivering the initial part of the paid work. (Sketch for model art, first WIP for rigging work).

In both cases, please keep in mind I also deal with RSI (tendonitis and carpal tunnel syndrome) so if I get a strain I'll be contacting you immediately informing you of a little delay.

I'll allow up to three major changes in the sketch phase of any commission type, any more than that will cost extra, so please be concise with your feedback. There's no more chance for big changes later in the process.

Once I'm done with your commission, I'll only allow minor adjustments: hues, a color I got wrong, small details, text variations, etc. but no major changes that will affect the composition of the piece.

I will deliver the full piece via e-mail and a Google Drive link, the commission link will be available for 6 months before it gets deleted, so please be mindful of this and download your piece before it gets removed.
